I. Sales Policy
Product Availability: All items displayed are subject to availability. In the case an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for backorder or refund.
Pricing: Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time.
II. Return and Refund Policy
dEligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, as per Kuwaiti law, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Products with manufacturing defects or issues resulting from shipping mishandling may also be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized irrigation systems or specially ordered items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Refunds:
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
III. Warranty
We offer a warranty for all irrigation systems covering parts and labor for 1 year, provided proper installation and usage as per the instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
